1. Phacoemulsification, including MICS and bimanual phacoemulsification techniques – he had performed bimanual phacoemulsification, with the irrigating chopper, in 100 eyes with moderately dense cataracts during his tenure at Sankara Nethralaya – and implantation of all types of intraocular lenses, including the toric and multifocal lenses.
2. Extracapsular cataract extraction with intraocular lens implantation in dense cataracts, unsuitable for phacoemulsification
3. Pterygium excision with placement of conjunctival autograft
4. Glaucoma filtration surgery – trabeculectomy  with anti-metabolites (Mitomicin C/5-Fluorouracil)
5. Combined phacoemulsification with trabeculectomy (both single-site and two-site approaches)
6. Scleral-fixated secondary IOL implantation, in eyes that could not have an intraocular lens implanted during the primary cataract surgery
7. Collagen cross linking treatment (CXL/CCR/CCL),  for patients with Keratoconus
